The sixth batch of students from Nagaland have departed for an exposure visit to Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in Bengaluru on October 29.

Zhokupa Hoshi, Assistant Programme Officer, Directorate of School Education, Kohima informed that this exposure program is part of the North East Programme for Awareness, Reach & Knowledge on Space (NE-SPARKS) and an initiative of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Government of India, in collaboration with the Government of Nagaland.

The twelve students for this trip, are from St. Xavier Higher Secondary  School, Shamator, Christian High School Shamator, GHSS Shamator, Northfield, Kohima, Baptist Higher Secondary School, Jalukie, St Xavier Higher Secondary  School, Jalukie and GHSS, Peren.

The team will return Nagaland on November 1.
