DIMAPUR, AUGUST 14 (MExN): The Red Ribbon Club of St Joseph University on August 11 made its first outreach program by undertaking a goodwill visitation to Chavara Home, Naharbari.
Altogether 10 star members of RRC together with the St Joseph University RRC nodal officers and few representatives from Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS) held an approved interactive session with 16 People Living With HIV & AIDS (PLWHA).
The goodwill visitation had two main purposes- to share and spread love and affection and to discourage through various recreational activities involving students and PLWHA.
The visiting team was benefitted through sharing of life testimonies and the awareness messages for prevention of the disease by PLWHA. A small gift was arranged by the RRC visiting team.
