Dimapur, June 18 (MExN): Government of India, Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises Br. MSME-Development Institute Dimapur in association with ‘The Renaissance’ vocational training institute is organizing a six week entrepreneurship skill development programme on food processing starting from June 14 at the institutes Dimapur centre.
MSME Dy. Director Tali Longchar in his speech spoke on the importance of food processing industries in India and its vast scope of providing jobs to the unemployed. He stressed that providing such a training was to help the unemployed youth and even housewives take the training seriously so as to be able to start their own business for livelihood. HE also explained about the latest loan scheme of stand up India for entrepreneurs which they can apply online.
NKVIB EO Senti Jamir enlightened the trainees on the various government schemes available for entrepreneurs. Diana P. Kuotsu Director, ‘The Renaissance’ expressed gratefulness to MSME for their constant support and in preparing project to procure loan in setting up the institute, which is the first and only training institute in Nagaland providing training on food processing.
