Dimapur, July 19 (MExN): Don Bosco Tech AIDA centre held the graduation day on July 19 for skill training for unemployed youth Batch 29. The batch began on April 23 with 38 trainees ended the training on July 6.
All the trainees have received placement offer. The candidates are from economically weaker section with minimum education qualification. However, 75 days of intense training has prepared them to work in corporate environment, Towoka, Coordinator, Don Bosco Tech AIDA Centre stated in a press release.
Aokumzuk General Manager, Europa Inn Hotel, Dimapur, Graced the occasion as the special guest. In his speech, Aokumzuk exhorted the graduating trainees to “prepare mentally as they are going to face many tuff challenges, sticking in hospitality industry it is not easy because one have to accept that everything and everyday will be new. He also said that they are very fortunate to have this Don Bosco Tech AIDA in order to get them trained and get a good job placement. He further added that Don Bosco Tech AIDA is helping the government to stabilize the unemployment problem.
Father Stephen, Principal, Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Dimapur encouraged the candidates that everyone is in a learning process so as the trainees step out to the real work make a good name to yourself, for family and for the institute.
Naongmonyu welcomed the gathering and N Yingnu Konyak and friends sang folk song. Puja, Tekhewelou, Solomon, Ngursailoua and Hailungwangbe Share their experiences and learning from this training, Imnawapang and friends’ sang a special song and Atolu Vero give the vote of thanks. Don Bosco Tech AIDA centre will start batch 30 on July 22.
