Dimapur, August 16 (MExN): The 4th edition of Saramati Nexus Club Pungro’s penalty shoot-out tournament was held at Pungro during 72nd India’s Independence Day celebration on August 15.
A total of 23 teams from entire Pungro sub-division participated at the event, where Rival 7 emerged as the winner. Faith Ballers team bagged the 2nd position.
The tourney was graced by Advisor, Youth Resources and Sports Nagaland Zale Neikha. The event culminated with the exhibition match between the Wards 1 to 9 of Pungro Town.
The SNC Pungro, in a press note, has expressed gratitude to all the participants, well wishers and all the individuals for their kind support and contribution toward the success of the event.
