His dedicated service, spanning four decades, as an experienced pharmacist, providing not just medicines but care and comfort to those in need, touched the lives of numerous people and his consistent efforts towards blood donation drives were testament to his selfless spirit, it added.
The tragic accident is a great loss and leaves an irreplaceable void, but and his legacy of pirit of service and dedication towards the society will continue to inspire people, it added.

The Nagaland Medical Dealer Association (NMDA) led by its president has also conveyed its condolences to the grieving family for the immeasurable loss and pledged stand by the family of the Late Das in their hour of need.
Late Das was a veteran member of the NMDA and highly recognised for his immense contributions to serving people through the association, it said.
“His unwavering efforts towards the upliftment of the pharma fraternity will always be appreciated. His sudden and untimely departure has left us all in deep distress,” it added.
However, Bhola Da will be fondly remembered for all his good deeds, his charitable works, and social services rendered for the people of Dimapur, Nagaland and has left a lasting legacy that will be cherished by generations to come, the NMDA conveyed.
NMDA urges
Meanwhile, the NMDA also requested the State Government to provide better facilities for post-mortem in Dimapur, the only cosmopolitan city in Nagaland and said that such action will significantly assist in times of such sorrowful events.
It further urged the government to address the issue of road conditions where potholes have become a risk to public safety.
Quick and effective action in repairing these hazards is urgently needed, it added.
The NMDA also appealed the authorities to restrict the passage of overloaded trucks during morning, noon, and evening hours.
These are peak traffic times when such heavy vehicles become a problem in congested areas, impeding the smooth flow of traffic and posing safety risks, it said.
“With these appeals, we remember the spirit of service of Bhola Da and strive to improve the community he loved and served so tirelessly,” the association added.
