The next edition of Sofar Sounds Dimapur is scheduled to be held on December 21 at lli-ah, Aiko Greens, Purana Bazaar, Dimapur. Passes are available for Rs 100. This edition of Sofar Sounds Dimapur features indie pop singer Mali and pop rock artist Tejas from Mumbai. Mali is the alias of Maalavika Manoj from Mumbai, who recently released her EP titles Rush. Mali has been featured on Elle Magazine, Platform Magazine, Rolling Stone and a variety of other publications for her work in the independent scene. Mali has also worked with the likes of AR Rahman, Anirudh Ravichander, Dualist Inquiry, Dharavi Rocks, Spud In The Box and Sapta to name a few. Tejas, also from Mumbai has performed at some of the biggest festivals of India, including the Bacardi NH7 Weekender, Khala Ghoda Arts Festival and Mahindra Blues Festival. After releasing his debut EP titled Small Victories in 2014, and crowdfunding his new LP in a record breaking 6 hour window, he is now ready to follow up with his biggest release yet: ‘Make it Happen.
