SP launches CCTV network in Phek

Phek, July 8 (MExN): A Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) network was launched at Phek Town Clock Tower by Phek Superintendent of Police Vesupra Kezo on July 8

Speaking on the occasion, the SP said that such type of equipment/technology is very important to tackle illegal activities. He requested the general public to be more aware of traffic regulations; crimes and extortions in the town, and said that under CCTV surveillance, the town would receive additional security and safety.

According to a press release, Chetezo Akami, President of Phek District Chamber of Commerce & Industry highlighted the CCTV Project and thanked former ADC Er Phuleshe K Yepthomi, W Venuh Enterprise Phek, Sunrise System Dimapur and the business members for their contribution. The successful lunching of CCTV Project was dedicated to the citizens of Phek Town.

The CCTV project was initiated by the Phek District Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
