On special NCS recruitment drive

•-In response to the publication of news caption "special NCS recruitment drive" dated 27th may,  2011, in Nagaland post, regarding state cabinet approval for special Nagaland civil services recruitment drive for the 10 less represented tribes of the state, we would like to sincerely appeal to the state govt. As well as state chief secy. To kindly acknowledge the following points while taking such important decision in the interest of all young educated unemployed in the state of Nagaland.
 1.      If the system of recruitment for 10 less represented tribes of the state for the prestigious job like EAC is reserved /conducted through "special Nagaland civil services recruitment drive", then the reserved quota for these 10 less represented tribes of the state should be scrap in the NCS, NPS, NSS & allied services examination conducted by NPSC, as this prestigious job like EAC, DSP etc is already given reserved quota ( on roaster basis ) for these 10 less represented tribes of the state in the NCS, NPS, NSS & allied services examination conducted by NPSC.
2.    This new system (special Nagaland civil services recruitment drive for the 10 less represented tribes of the state) would allow double reservation quota for the 10 less represented tribes, as it would allow for two opportunity/chances (ie through "NCS, NPS, NSS & allied services examination" and another through "special Nagaland civil services recruitment drive") which will make other tribes of the state gives less opportunity/chances for this prestigious job.
in view of the above points, we would like to sincerely appeal to the state govt and state chief Secy to kindly take into consideration the above two points in the interest of the young educated youth who are fighting in battle for this prestigious job in the state.
