It may be mentioned here that in compliance with the Election Commission of India (ECI) directive of fulfilling the commitment of “No Voters to be left behind” and ensuring “Accessible Election” for the forthcoming State Assembly Election, the Election Department of Nagaland along with the State Government has made arrangements to provide amenities to the People with Disabilities (Pwd) or differently abled people to exercise their franchise.
