Mon, November 12 (MExN): A special training programme under the theme cutting edge level for state government officials was held from November 5 to 9 at DC’s Conference Hall, Mon. The training was attended by HAs, UDAs and LDAs of various departments under Mon district who had rendered 10 years of continuous services. The topics covered during the training were GPF, Leave Rule, T.A rules, NPS, Noting, Drafting, File management, forms communication, Service conformation, Seniority promotion etc. The resource persons were Khinyi Nocho (Senior Accounts Officer) Rtd and R Andreas (NSS) Under Secretary. The nodal officials for the special training programme were Moa Longkumer, Dy Director (ATI) and Tsenthungo E Ngullie, EAC Mon Hq District Nodal Officer. Chumlamo Humtsoe, SDO (C) Mon HQ gave away the certificates to the trainees. The programme was chaired by Dr Alem N Longchar, district coordinator for Mon. The special training program was been organized by Administrative Training Institute, for Mon district.
