Dimapur, December 11 (MExN): The 6th Nagaland State Sepaktakraw (Men and Women) Open Championship 2025 concluded on December 11 with strong participation and competitive matches across both categories.
In the men’s category, Spikers Club Kohima emerged champion after a closely contested final. SAI STC Dimapur secured second position, while Thunders Club finished third.
In the women’s category, Dimapur District Sepaktakraw Association (DIDSTA) took the championship title. State Sports Girls Academy Dimapur secured second place, and Kohima District Sepaktakraw Association (KODSTA) finished third.
The winning teams received trophies, certificates and cash prizes.
The open championship was organised by the Nagaland Sepaktakraw Association (NASTA). In a statement, the Association stated that it “would like to congratulate all the teams for winning as well as participating.”
