Kattankulathur, July 26 (MExN): The SRM Institute of Science and Technology – SRMIST(formerly known as SRM University), Chennai, as a member of the India Global Higher Education Alliance of the US based College Board that conducts the SAT examinations, is offering attractive scholarships of up to 35% for students with SAT scores, a press release from the institute informed.
The offers include transfer /twining programme where the students get study final 2 years abroad and get the degree from the overseas university after 2 years at SRM, it said.

NRI/PIO/OCI seeking B.Tech degree can avail domestic fee by applying for admission through SRMIST’s website - www.srmist.edu.in. The institute had earlier cancelled its entrance test –SRMJEEE 2020 stands cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
“Admissions are now based on the ranking of marks obtained in 12th Standard / Equivalent through E-Counselling starting in the first week of August,” it said.
Others can apply in the Admissions India category for E- counselling and Interview based admissions for M.Tech, MBA BBA, Education, Hotel Management, Allied Health Sciences (except Medicine and Dental) and Science & Humanities UG and PG, programmes. For all B.Tech programs, the Admission India category is based on 12th Standard / Equivalent obtained.
