With the advancement of Communication Technology the world have been witnessing swift changes in the way of life in the entire globe. The state of Nagaland witness the first launch of mobile service by the Prime Minister of India, Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee on 28 Oct. 2003. The launching of mobile service in the state have definitely benefitted the people but not fully where the worst case of experience is entire Nagaland from the top to the least privileged individual started a bitter experience on call break or network congestions which are at the cost of every customers which have been continuing for the past many years which have been gone unnoticed but still continuing.
The launching of 4G LTE by the mobile service providers in the state have widen the costly process for the past 3 years where every user(s) have their own experience on the quality of service and internet(data) connectivity provided by the 4G service providers. The data connectivity speed provided by the service providers is below 2G connections standard where subscriber are made to purchase 4G data. As such upon the expiry of 28 days or whichever plan a subscriber opts the data usage against every subscriber is less than 30% of total Data Purchased due to connectivity issue irrespective of locations. In fact, it is their noble idea of silently looting Lakhs of pre-paid subscribers which have been going on since the launch of 4G Service in the state. Every 4G mobile service subscribers in the State should demand for quality service with a stable 4G connections in the interest of justice on the obligated rights as per the assured service.
