Stakeholders should pave way for peaceful dialogue: ZBN

Peren, February 3 (MExN): Zeliangrong Baudi Nagaland (ZBN) while expressing deep to see the present imbroglio surfacing out of ULB election that has cost human life unfortunately on January 31 at Dimapur, the ZBN felt that “such ugly state of incident could have been avoided if the security forces had shown restraint and valued human life.”  

The Baudi in a press release shared that the stakeholders should pave way for peaceful dialogue with due respect and mutual understanding towards each other and give peace a chance. It also said that no conflict can be unresolved when the two conflicting group comes together and sit across the table for talk with mutual understanding in the spirit of brotherhood.  

Further, the ZBN appeals to the Government of Nagaland to listen to the popular voice of the people and bring about a progressive society.  

Meanwhile, ZBN on behalf of Zeliangrong people expressed deep condolence to the bereaved family members and pray that God almighty will comfort and also wished for speedy recovery to the injured still undergoing treatment.
