Kohima, March 16 (DIPR): A farewell function in honour of the outgoing Chief Secretary, Pankaj Kumar, IAS will be held on March 17 at 2:00 pm at Secretariat Plaza, Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima. Principal Secretary& Commissioner, Sentiyanger, IAS will deliver the welcome address besides chairing the programme. Additional Chief Secretary & Finance Commissioner, Temjen Toy, IAS, will deliver a speech on behalf of the Government. IAS Association, IPS Association, IFS Association, NCS Association, NPS Association, NSS Association, Director SIRD, Asenla Jamir on behalf of the Directorate, DC, Tuensang, Jamithung on behalf of the District Administration and Grade-IV Association will also deliver farewell speeches. Home Commissioner, Abhishek Singh has in a circular on March 14 directed all Administrative Heads of Department (AHoDs) and Heads of the Department (HoDs) to attend the function.
