
Kohima, June 6 (MExN): Quarantine protocols for all the health care workers in the state were issued today following a meeting at the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare, Nagaland. The Principal Director. Mission Director (NHM), and Director (Health), among others, were present at the meeting.
According to a press release from the Managing Director of the Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK), the following decisions were made at the meeting.
1. After 7 days of active duty, sampling shall be taken on the 8th day
2. Institutional Quarantine shall follow for 7 days after the sample is collected for testing.
3. Further, 7 days home quarantine shall follow after completion of institutional quarantine.
This is in partial modification of Directorate of Health and Family Welfare, Nagaland advisory issued on May 26, it added.
