DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 28 (MExN): Additional Director (HoD) Tourism, AkhaleVizol has notified to all concerned that there will be a strict ban on sale of tobacco products during the upcoming Hornbill festival at Kisama Village.
“In exercise of the power conferred by section 21, 24 and 25 of the Cigarettes and other Tobacco products (Prohibition of advertisement and regulation of the trade and commerce, production, supply and distribution) Act 2003 there will be effective implementation of Section 4 (Prohibition of Smoking in public places),” a DIPR report quoting a directive issued by the Additional Director (HoD) Tourism stated.
