Dimapur, July 7 (MExN): St. Thomas Mission Society, the parent body of MGM College and MGMHSS felicitated student toppers of MGMHSS (Nursery to Class 12) 2017 batch on July 6.
A press note stated here that the MTM award is named after Bishop Late Glorified Dr. Stephanos Mar Theodosius, the first Bishop of the Calcutta diocese and KV Ponnan, the founder member of the Church.
The cash award is the total annual tuition fees of the student of the respective class. An amount of 1,22,100/ was distributed on the occasion of the MGM College Freshers Day by Manager Bishop His Grace Dr. Joseph Mar Dionysius as MTM and KV Ponnan awards. Besides from these scholarships, St. Thomas Mission Society is giving half fee concession to more than 90 students at an amount of Rs. 3,24,000 (yearly).
