Zunheboto, May 24 (MExN): Satoi Town Youth Organization (STYO) today informed that ‘No Work, No Pay’ will be imposed with effect of this month to every government employees who failed to report and perform their respective duties.
STYO president Huka V Tuccu said that this was decided following the press release on April 7 and meeting held on May 11 along with EAC Satoi, Head of various departments, GBs Associate, SRSU etc on account of non performance and availability of government employees at Satoi Hq.
STYO lamented that there are more than 80 government employees from various department under Satoi Hq, but hardly few turn up for works. To the utter dismay some employee turns up once in 2 years while some have never come to work since their appointment. To make the matter worst, Satoi Hq has been functioning without doctor at PHC and head master at GHS Satoi for a very long time, the youth organisation added.
Therefore, the departments concerned are requested to take necessary actions and remind the employees that stern action will be taken against any erring employees.
“This decision is taken by STYO with support of the EAC Satoi, Satoi Area GBs Association, SRSU, STH Satoi Area and various NGO,” added the press release.
