Tuensang, September 22 (MExN): The Yimchungrü Akherü Arihako (YAA) had detected that “the sub-centre at Sangkor under CHC, Shamator which was established in the year 1971 is left abandoned by the department.”
While stating this in a press release, YAA General Secretary L. Akhang added that the dilapidated sub-centre building at Sangkor, which is actually accessible for both Sangphur and Yakor Village, is left abandoned and had to vacate since decades back and it is temporarily functioning at Sangphur Village Guest House.
The YAA also stated that the sub-centre covers more than 5,000 populations of two villages. Further, YAA informed that it has learnt of the irregularity of the pharmacist in his duty and further directs to report to the posting place within 15 days from the date of publication of this press release. Meanwhile, the YAA appeals to the department to take up the matter for development of infrastructure building at the earliest.
