Dimapur, April 8 (MExN): Sumi Baptist Church Purana Bazaar Youth Department organized a youth camp under the theme “The righteous youth” from April 4 to 6 at Hakhezhe village. The resource persons were Kahoto, pastor, Sakipheto Baptist Church (camp director); Ghoheto, pastor, Lhothavi Baptist Church (camp speaker); and Pastor Avito, Hutoi, Yekuto, Yehoto, Kiholi, Zusuli, Vitoli, Lucy, Eunice as counselors.
A press release issued by Abeto Shohe and Veronica Yeptho, camp recorders, informed that a total of 212 youth took active role in the camp. “Most of the youth dedicated their lives to Christ and committed to live a clean life in an unclean world,” the note stated. The camp highlights included praise and worship, bible games, singing competition, talks on crucial issues, and other morally and spiritually educative activities, it added.
