The public demanded that Tokugha Jimomi, Obed Awomi and their accomplices involve din the crime be declared habitual criminals. The Sumi community shall in no way sympathize with such elements ‘even if any misfortune befalls upon them at any point of time.’ They shall be held solely responsible if such occurrence takes place in future, the public warned in its resolution. The state government has been urged to book the culprits at the earliest. Until the government brings to justice the culprits, no vehicles (government of private) from Zunheboto district will be allowed to ply on Chozuba route. Any vehicle plying on the said route be doing so at own risk, the resolution warned.
