
Dimapur, August 12 (MExN): The Yimchunger Tribal Council and the Sumi Hoho held a Joint meeting on August 11 at Zunheboto to “strengthen inter-tribal relationship”. The leaders of the two Hohos also discussed the July 9 incident where one Kiyeho, Assistant teacher of Sukimi was assaulted by a local vigilante group, identified as Limtsung Group. A joint release from both the Hohos stated that both the tribal bodies condemned the incident as well as the “unwanted” action of the said group. All self-styled organizations were asked not to create “unhealthy development” which is bringing only difference amongst the various Naga tribes, it was informed.
