Sunrise at Hebamlua village in Peren district, bordering Manipur’s Tamenglong and Assam’s Dima Hasao districts. This inter-state border village of a little over 50 households is located some 50 odd kilometres from Peren headquarters but it takes 5 hours to cover the distance by vehicle.
