Kohima, November 20 (MExN): The Northern Angami Students’ Union (NASU) successfully organized Suolahie Theiinuo Memorial Volleyball Trophy cum Literary Competition on November 18 last with RMSA Joint Mission Director Dr. Kevizakie Rio as the chief guest.
In men’s volleyball, Nerhema Students’ Union emerged as champions while Tsiesema Students’ Union stood runner-up. In women’s category, Tsiesema Students’ Union claimed the championship title edging Nerhema Students’ Union in the final.
Winners of literary competition: Poetry: 1st – Khrielakuo Kets (Kijumetouma), 2nd – Viladeinuo Sachii (Kohima Village Students’ Union), 3rd – Meteituolie Talie (Rusoma SU).
Painting: 1st – Neiketouzo Keyho (KVSU), 2nd – Meyievor (Zhadima SU), 3rd – Amenuo Kense (Tuophema SU)
Essay: 1st – Visier Yashii (Dihoma SU), 2nd – Philomena Rutsa (Nerhema SU), 3rd – Neikhrietuo Kiewhou (Nerhema SU) and Mengubeinuo Solo (KVSU).
