
Tuensang, November 27 (DIPR): The 3rd Systematic Voters Education & Electoral Participation (SVEEP) campaign was held at DC’s conference hall in Tuensang on November 25.
The meeting was attended by the ADC & ERO, SDO (C), AEO Tuensang, representatives of CKS, USLP, KTC, YTC, political parties and campus ambassador of the schools.
The meeting was chaired by AEO Tuensang, Alila Chang. ADC & ERO Tuensang Nchumbemo Odyuo gave a short speech where he deliberated on the importance of the mass participation on the electoral processes. “With this, the quality of election as per the directives of the Election Commission shall be achieved which will result in quality election processes which can eradicate the anomalies and corruptions,” he stated. He also interacted with the campus ambassadors about their activities in the schools and instructed them to disseminate the information to the students so that the correct enrollment of the students for those who have attained 18 years can be achieved.
Interactions were also held after the meeting.
