Phek, April 2 (MExN): Group B and C state government employees of Phek district who are undergoing second phase of induction training programme organised by ATI Nagaland Kohima in DC office Phek carried out Swachh Bharat exercise in Phek town bazaar area and NST bus station on April 2 with Swachh Bharat being one of the course contents of the training.
The trainees were led by EAC Phek & nodal officer induction training Tiayanger Jamir in collaboration with Phek town council. The trainees also donated dustbins to NST Phek with the aim of keeping the bus station premises more neat and clean.
EAC Phek emphasized on the officials and staff of the NST and also the bazaar dwellers to uphold Swachh Bharat not only in letter but also in spirit since bus station and the market places are generally places that travelers including domestic as well as international tourists visit. He also thanked the trainees and town council for their enthusiasm and active participation in the Swachh Bharat exercise.
