Sanis, November 2 (MExN): The contractor of the ‘Sanis ‘0’ Point to Lakhuti PMGSY Phase-II Road’ construction has been reminded not to compromise with the quality of the work and to complete the work as per the specifications mentioned in the DPR.
A resolution to this effect was adopted during an emergency meeting of the officials of Sanis, Yonchucho, Sunglup and Lakhuti Village Council Union (SYSL) and the Lotha Middle Range Students Union (LMRSU) on November 2 in Sanis, held to discuss exigent matters regarding the ongoing construction.
With the commencement of the carpeting work, the two unions send the reminder to contractor (M/S North East Enterprises), a press release informed.
Meanwhile, the two unions also reiterated an earlier resolution dated October 29 barring all unions, groups and individuals from collecting taxes and other form of pecuniary donations.
They further resolved and assured the contractors that the two Unions will not allow any disturbances and hindrances from any group or individuals in the process of the carpeting work and extend full cooperation till the completion of the work.
