Our Correspondent Kohima | March 19 The Sekrenyi 2016 Inter Peli competition of T. Khel, Kohima village was held here today at T.Khel. T. Khel Council vice chairman K. Neibou Sekhose was appreciative of holding such event to popularize and propagate the importance of folk song and indigenous games. He maintained that such event will go a long way in preserving and promoting the good traditional value practice by the Nagas. Sekhose also said that such event promotes unity and better understanding among the community. Several Peli took part in the event like Lida, Thedze keya, Kero Ketesii, Tholi tu, Khuthuo va, Mepfiikecii and Kehu ketei. Earlier, the function was chaired by Vizohulie Edward Whuorie while Aduonuo Whuorie prayed for the programme.
