Tizit, July 15 (MExN): A Tabletop Exercise was conducted in preparation for the mock exercise at Tizit, Mon on July 15.
A DIPR report stated that the tabletop exercise was conducted in preparation for the mock exercise on a simulation of to the M8.7 Shillong earthquake 1897, scheduled to be conducted at Tizit, Mon on July 16 organised by District Disaster Management Authority, Mon with collaboration with NSDMA, NDRF & SDRF, at ADC's conference hall, Tizit on July 15. SDO (Civil) Tizit, Tumben P Tsanglao, who is also the Incident Commander of the mock exercise briefed the participants of their roles and urged to have clarity on their assigned responsibility.
