The Nagaland Health officials on Wednesday batted for a virtual Hornbill Festival saying that the state is not prepared to host such an event at this stage.
"We are not prepared. We have to see that social responsibility is implemented. We don't want another lockdown in Nagaland,” answered the Department of Health and Family Welfare (DoHFW) Director Dr Vizolie Suokhrie when queried on the matter.
