The old cultures/traditions, which hinder the smooth progress of positive development of human civilization, are to be transformed. While though this are rare talk one hears from such hotel gossip, it is a positive talk and the ideas/thoughts need to be properly channeled and propagated in order to transform and reform the society.
With the revolution of technology, tête-à-tête has become easier and more convenient through Internet chatting, emailing, videoconferencing, over telephone and cell phone et al. Talk time with friends and relatives is more enjoyable and better. Working system become easier where a caller in India can sell a products for a company located in UK or US. Instead of traditional way where salesmen move door-to-door talking with customers now it is just a dialing of a number and a talk time away.

Past histories have enough instances to teach us only through proper talk or dialogue can any conflict be solved. Therefore, genuine talks always give way to peace and freedom when followed by sincerity and action.
