Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris ‘Split Up’

Singer Taylor Swift and DJ Calvin Harris have ended their 15-month relationship, according to reports. An insider told People magazine: 'There was no drama. Things just don't work out sometimes.' A source close to Taylor confirmed to DailyMail.com that the report from People was accurate.   The news comes after the Scottish DJ was pictured looking downcast, as he jetted home to Los Angeles on Tuesday following a brief trip to London. Tuesday's low key sighting was also the first time Calvin had been pictured since he narrowly escaped serious injury in a serious car crash. Taylor, 26, and Calvin, 32, got together in March 2015 and had seemed devoted to one another.   However, the I Need Your Love hitmaker was the one to break it off with the 1989 singer according to an E! News report from Wednesday. An insider told the showbiz site: 'Adam really liked Taylor, she was not the type of girl he ever dates and he liked that. He liked how innocent Taylor was and that she had a good caring heart.   'Taylor's heart was more in it then he was. He started to lose interest over the past few months, but really tried to not just break up.' There were also compatibility issues mixed in with differing tour and travelling schedules according to their source who added: 'It seemed like they were more friends than lovers.'   They also hung out in vastly different social circles but sources for E! insisted that he did not cheat. An insider explained: 'There were no other women involved with Adam. He did not cheat on her at all. Just not a good match.' Taylor seems to be in recovery moment as a different source told Us Weekly that the relationship ran its course: 'Taylor is doing OK now but she was upset.' 'It just wasn't working anymore,' a different insider told the weekly.

They were ranked last year as the music industry's highest-paid celebrity couple by Forbes, with combined earnings of more than $146 million. Things seemed to be going well for the couple just weeks ago as Taylor gushed about their 'magical relationship'. She told Vogue in April: 'I'm just taking things as they come. 'I'm in a magical relationship right now. And of course I want it to be ours, and low key...This is the one thing that's been mine about my personal life.'   The two had been originally set-up by mutual friend Ellie Goulding, who introduced them at the BRIT Awards after party in London back in 2015 The 29-year-old singer said that it kind of just happened as she explained: ' They're both good people, both dear friends. I thought it might work - and it did.
