JAKHAMA, MAY 9 (MExN): Tyrannus Boys Hostel Jakhama (TBHJ) conducted an interaction session with a couple from California, USA during its ending part of 9th academic session along with several special numbers. The interaction touches several issues such as corruption, career guidance etc and the greatest concern raised by the hostellers was ‘corruption’ and questioned as to how to eradicate corruption in the state of Nagaland in the public sector or private sector or NGOs, etc. The husband and wife Bob and Carrie Hamme interacted with hostellers simultaneously and encouraged the students that honesty is the pillar of success in any profession in one’s life including business.
The couple said that ‘corruption’ is a universal problem and to eradicate corruption, it depends on today’s youth. “This is the right time to take a strong decision not to get involve in corruption in any capacity one holds and that may be the best solution to bring ‘Change’ a free corrupt society,” they asserted.
Meanwhile, Thorhu, Warden, Tyrannus Boys Hostel Jakhama in a press release added that the hostel proprietor assured to conduct similar programme in the next academic session as the hostel celebrates its 10th academic session starting from May 2016 – April 2017.
