ANPSA in collaboration with Department of Youth Resources & Sports conducted teachers training for state level Sepak Takraw tourney.

KOHIMA, JULY 5 (MExN): The All Nagaland Private Schools’ Association-Central, in collaboration with the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Government of Nagaland, conducted the third phase of training for teachers in preparation for the upcoming State Level Sepak Takraw tournament for U-14 boys and girls from private schools across the state.
The training was held simultaneously from July 2 to 4 in Kohima and Mon.
In Kohima, the training took place at IG Stadium and involved 18 schools from five districts—Kohima, Peren, Phek, Meluri and Tseminyu. The sessions were conducted by Holshe Khrieo and his team. Meanwhile, the District Sports Office, Mon facilitated hands-on sessions for nine schools at the Mon venue.
The Director of Youth Resources and Sports attended the concluding day of the training in Kohima. Participating schools were provided with two Sepak Takraw balls and a net each.
The final phase of the training for teachers from Mokokchung, Longleng, Zunheboto and Wokha districts is scheduled to begin on July 7 in Mokokchung.
