Twelve students including one teacher guide today left Nagaland for 2nd batch exposure visit to Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Bengaluru.
This exposure programme is part of North East Programme for Awareness, Reach & Knowledge on Space (NE-SPARKS).
It is initiated by Ministry of DONER, Govt of India in collaboration with Government of Nagaland, an official from Directorate of School Education, Nagaland, Kohima stated.
The twelve students are from Don Bosco Higher Secondary School Dimapur, Pranab Vidhyapith Higher Secondary School Dimapur, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Purana Bazar, Dimapur, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chümoukedima, Unity Christian Higher Secondary School Chümoukedima and North Town Higher Secondary School Chümoukedima.
The team is led by teacher guide Keneile-u Suokhrie and will return Nagaland on June 28.
