Mokokchung, October 25 (MExN): Spearhead Motorsport Initiative in a press release stated that the team will be hosting the fifth edition of Throttle Thrust on November 3 and 4 at Ungma village, Mokokchung.
Throttle Thrust V is an annual racing event of Team Spearhead and is making a comeback after a three-year hiatus, the last being held in 2019.
Lima Longkumer, Convenor, Organizing committee also mentioned that this year’s edition of Throttle Thrust V has been organized in memory of Late Imtimayang Jamir, an esteemed member of the team.
The race will have a super-sprint and hill climb format and will be divided into three categories: Below 1300 cc, SUV, and open category, with a prize pool of up to 3.5 lakh.
The title sponsor for the event is Stag Global and while the platinum sponsor is Nagaland Mineral and Mines. Registration for the event will be held on 2 November 10:00 am onwards at Tourist Centre, Ungma Village, Mokokchung.
