Team Tsiekharu emerged the overall champion of the 43rd Chümoukedima Village Youth Society (CVYS) sports meet held under the theme "Social Networking through Sports" which culminated on December 29.
CHÜMOUKEDIMA, DECEMBER 29 (MExN): Team Tsiekharu emerged the overall champion of the 43rd Chümoukedima Village Youth Society (CVYS) sports meet held under the theme "Social Networking through Sports" which culminated on December 29. The closing program was graced by Alezo Thakro, Chairman, SMC, Chümoukedima village as a special guest.
Team Tsiekharu also won the football trophy while Team Tekhuba was the runner-up. In the men's volleyball, Team Tsiesepru emerged champion by defeating Team Tsiekharu in the finals and in the women's volleyball final, Team Tekhuba emerged victorious by defeating Team Tsiekharu. The prize distribution ceremony was hosted by Kevisenuo Tsükru.
