Technical education dept on post-matric, merit scholarship

DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 6 (MExN): Directorate of Technical Education, Kohima has informed students who have applied for Post-Matric and Merit-cum-Means based scholarship under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, GoI that only those students who have updated their place of Biometric Authentication and uploaded the necessary documents in NSP may report to the Technical Education department office in person as scheduled on September 7 & 8, 2023.

Meanwhile, it has also informed that technical glitches/error while updating the state/district at National Scholarship Portal is being addressed by the Ministry. 

With regards to ongoing Bio-Metric Authentication exercise, from now on, all  information /updates on PMS and MCM scheme related to this exercise will be disseminated through the Directorate of Technical Education website dtenagaland.org.in under notification section. Students have been advised to check the said website regularly until the exercise is completed, a DIPR report informed.
