Telecasts of the best songs and music videos which have been nominated under different categories of the 3rd Music Awards of Nagaland will commence this week. He Nominees this year consist of veterans, well known signers, bands and talented upcoming artistes. The days and timing for telecasts on different local channels are as follows:
Mokokchung Channel on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm
City Cable Dimapur on Wednesday and Saturday at 5:00 pm
Subscribers of Global Chapter Dimapur, Vilo Channel Zunheboto, Crystal Channel Kohima may enquire about timings from their respective cable operators.

These songs are all original compositions by our gifted Naga artistes and the native Trax Society would like to urge all music lovers to watch the songs and vote for their favourite nominees. The nominee who receives the highest number of votes will win the ‘song of the year’ Award. In an effort to encourage and support local musicians and their original music, all nominees will receive 20 % of the earning from voting cards received in their names. Voting cards are now available at selected outlets throughout Nagaland.
This year the award of the Folk Fusion category is sponsored by SBI and will be designated as ‘SBI Best Folk Fusion Song’ award.
