DIMAPUR, APRIL 21 (MExN): A temporary bridge along the Montikang-Chuchuyimlang road has been washed away due to incessant rain during the last few days in the region. The Montikang-Chuchuyimlang road serves as an alternative route not only for the people of Longleng district but also for Tobu and Moka area of Mon district.
People travel via this road due to its short distance and to circumvent the Changtongya-Longleng road which is in deplorable condition.
Quoting advisory from the Executive Engineer, PWD Longleng, a DIPR report have advised travelers to avoid the said road and take the regular Longleng-Changtongya road.
