Phek, January 30 (MExN): The Hill Brothers is set to release their next song, “Chakhesang Wrestling Association Anthem,” on February 7, marking a significant musical tribute to Chakhesang wrestling and culture.
The anthem has been written and composed by The Hill Brothers and has received official approval from the Chakhesang Wrestling Association (CWA).
Reflecting the rich linguistic heritage of the Chakhesang community, the anthem features four dialects: Chokri, Kuzhale/Khuzhale, Sumi, and Poula.
In celebration of the release, The Hill Brothers will perform the anthem live at the 30th Senior and 4th Under-15 Naga Traditional Wrestling Championship on February 7 at Pfutsero town.
The song’s music and mixing were done at Dezo Thira Studio, Kohima, while the videography was handled by Sezokho Tetseo.
The Chakhesang Wrestling Anthem aims to promote unity, tradition, and pride through music, coinciding with one of the community’s most celebrated sporting events.
