Author Neibu Kuotsu with Principal, PCC, and Vice Principal, PHSS, at the launch of “The Little Things.”
CHÜMOUKEDIMA, NOVEMBER 14 (MExN): “The Little Things,” written by Neibu Kuotsu, a teacher at Patkai Higher Secondary School (PHSS), and published by Woods Publishers, was formally released at the Bunckrock Chapel, Patkai Christian College (PCC) on Friday.
Speaking at the launch, Kuotsu said the book reflects lessons he has learned from his students both inside and outside the classroom, as well as the values he hopes his students will carry forward. He said the book underscores the importance of paying attention to small things, noting that “big achievements come to fruition only when we take care of the little things.”
He added that life’s most valuable lessons often become clear only after the moments have passed. Through the book, he hopes to help readers, especially students, recognise and absorb these lessons early, before the opportunity slips away.
Kuotsu expressed gratitude to his family, colleagues and students from all four schools where he has served, acknowledging their contribution to the stories and reflections in his writing.
Earlier, PCC Principal Dr Thepfüvilie Pierü congratulated the author on the publication of his first book and encouraged the gathering to view the launch as a stepping stone towards more literary contributions in the future.
