The Silver Vision project constructs bus stand in Zunheboto

Commemorating the end of The Silver Vision project, Miss Sumi 2022 constructed a bus stand at North Point Colony, Zunheboto. It was inaugurated on February 19.

Zunheboto, February 20 (MExN): Commemorating the end of The Silver Vision project, Miss Sumi 2022 constructed a bus stand at North Point Colony, Zunheboto. The bus stand was inaugurated by Er Ichirangbe Zeliang, Executive Engineer, PHED Zunheboto Division and dedicated by Dr Hutton Sumi Pastor, SBCZ on February 19.

It maybe stated here that The Silver Vision had launched the ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ project of the three silver queens of Miss Sümi, 2022 including Hikali Achumi, Linovi Kiba and Niloli Wotsa. 

Under the theme, “The Silver Vision for a Greener Progression” the project was launched on September 29, 2023. The silver queens conducted a competition among the 11 sectors in Zunheboto, with a goal to beautify, sensitize and promote sustainability in the environment. The winning sector was awarded a cash prize which would further fund their environmental initiatives.

Sanitation drives and plantation drives were carried throughout Zunheboto town. The Silver Vision also collaborated with The Miraculum Society to renovate Zunheboto Government Middle School. The Silver Vision organised The Green Carnival in Zunheboto, in aid of beautifying Zunheboto. 

‘With the completion of our ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ project, we are planning to set up an organisation called The Silver Vision Organisation to expand our work later in the future,’ The Silver Vision stated in a press release.
