4. Is the number of specialists Doctors at the NHAK sufficient?
a. If yes, why many serious patients are often made to wait for the specialist Doctor(s) at the cost of his/her life on many occasions?
b. If no, how many specialists Doctors is NHAK supposed to have and why?
5. How many Doctors are assigned to do the general ward duties?
6. What are the measures taken for sanitation? Kindly provide the health rules concerning sanitation.

1. What is the total sanction amount of scholarship for the students of Nagaland in the year 2009-10 and 2010-11 from the Central Government? From the total amount received; what was the total amount for the merit students and general category?
2. What is the total number of the beneficiaries? Kindly provide the names of the colleges and total number of beneficiaries from each college.
3. Why technical students receive more scholarship and also earlier than the others? Specify the reason with existing rules or policies.
4. Why students from private colleges receive lesser scholarship in-spite of the huge fee structure?
5. When scholarships are usually released from the central government? The students in the past used to receive in the month of April-May month, why are scholarships delayed these days, especially 2011? Kindly reply with valid reasons as per the existing rules.
