DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 3 (MExN): Thenucho Tunyi has taken over as the new Working President of the Naga People’s Front (NPF). A press release from the NPF General Secretary, S Akho Leyri informed that Kruzakie Kelio, Senior Vice President (Adm) administered the oath of allegiance in the presence of Central Office Bearers and President of NPF, Phek division and his Party colleagues. Tunyi meanwhile expressed gratitude to NPF president, Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu; Leader of NPF Legislature Wing, TR Zeliang; and all the party legislators and party functionaries. He appealed to all party functionaries to rededicate their services in the grassroots and educate Naga youths with the ideology of regionalism and nationalism spirit. “The NPF Party had overcome many obstacles in the past and is still determined to overcome all the challenges in the days to come. Let us all re-dedicate ourselves till we achieve our ultimate goal,” he said.
