Dimapur, April 1 (MExN): All the Thilixu villagers who reside and have plantations/fisheries etc within the premises of Thilixu villages are informed to submit one passport photo in favour of Patta holders’ name on or before April 30, 2011 for computerization of Patta in order to avoid inconveniences in the future. A press note issued by L. Khevishe Sema, Chairman, Thiluxu village council stated, “Failing which the council will not bear any responsibilities in relation to issue certificates as per government official requirements and the land/allotted/purchased will not have any right to claim the ownership of the land and the land will be confiscated by the village council without serving any notice.” The note also informed that this act was resolved at a council meeting held on March 19, 2011 along with Head GB and all the GBs of the village.
