Dimapur, Dec 22 (MExN): “Th. Muivah and gang through the blessings and support of Neiphiu Rio and some honeyed trapped NGOs has played divisive policies with an intention of suppressing Nagas who rued their wrong doings and voices on behalf of the truth”.
Stating that the threat to the Naga sovereignty is taking its form in various modes which further deepened the Naga political imbroglio, Kivi Kips of the NSCN(K) in a press statement maintained that the ‘threat is not created by any external forces but is posed by some section of Nagas in connivance with the anti-Naga elements’. He also stated that every component of the apex Naga organizations have been infected with the ‘Th. Muivah virus’ that are feeding on the innocent Nagas.
Besides the strong linkage between the ‘gang’ and infamous international terrorists, the Issac- Muivah gang also enjoys forced support of the Naga NGOs like Naga Hoho, NPMHR, NMA, NSF, Naga Council and the DAN government led by Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio which has listed the Nagas as the people who harbors and abets terrorism, stated the release.
Stating that the various reputed NGOs has been harping the most disgraceful human issues and sending the wrong signal to the Nagas, the release stated that “The biased of some NGOs have been the root cause of generating confusions and more bloodsheds”, adding that “Unless the attitude of the NGOs and DAN government changes and disburse its attention to ensure peaceful atmosphere, Nagas are likely to be struck with catastrophes”.
Further, the statement also deliberated that the people of Tuensang, Mon and Athibung has been indulged in various reports of human rights abuse and hostility by the NSCN (IM) cadres as the people of these regions never allowed itself to be subjected under the ‘leadership of falsehood’. He also stated that the State government is providing the NSCN (IM) a safe heaven to terrorize the people of these regions.
Alleging that on the purview of the Naga peace talks, the cadres of the group has been befriending the Indian Security Forces while an innocent pastor was branded as Indian Informer, the release stated.
It further alleged that the CM, cease-fire enforcement agency and some NGOs have perfectly moulded themselves as one of the functional mechanism to enable the IM gangs to stabilize its influence over the Nagas and also to hold their political sway.
Further, referring to the news report on Information on mispropagandas which appeared in some dailies on December 5, Kivi Kips in the release complied back that hisreports were facts confirmed to his mind and knowledge.
