DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 16 (MExN): Three students from Delhi Public School (DPS) Dimapur – Mhareni Ren Shitiri, Kavie-O Sono and Gihuto V Wotsa of Class VII excelled in the national Asset Talent Search Exams. Asset Talent Search is a platform that connects promising students with advanced resources and learning opportunities that challenge their unique abilities and hone them for success, a press release issued by DPS, Dimapur stated.
Mhareni Ren Shitiri now joins the league of Asset Talent Scholars by winning gold with her phenomenal performance scoring a personal best of 99 percentile in English. Based on her scores, she has qualified for seven summer residential programs in India and abroad – ASSET Summer Programme India, Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development, Purdue University’s Gifted Education Resource Institute, Renzuli Creativity Programs and University of California Berkeley’s Academic Talent Development Program. Kavie-O Sono and Gihuto V Wotsa earned a certificate of Merit and the esteemed title of Asset Talent Participant, placing them ahead of 1,25,412 Asset students. With their performance, they have also qualified for three and one Summer Residential programs respectively.
B.K Nanda, Principal of DPS Dimapur felicitated the achievers and gave away the medal and certificates on behalf of E1° Educational Initiatives during the school assembly on February 15, 2018.
